I feel like I’m preaching to the choir, but I’ve included some tips I read virtually every time I talk to a group of teenagers. Hopefully they will help you.

Don't lecture - facilitate!
Be a tour guide in the discussion - don't dominate it
Keep the discussion centered on the topic
Use open-ended discussions stimulation questions
Promote friendly discussion
